Energy lives in your blood sugar. Build every meal around protein, fibre, and healthy fat — in that order. A breakfast of eggs, avocado, and tomato will out-energise a pastry every time.
Drink water before coffee. Aim for two litres a day. Add a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon for natural electrolytes.
Snack on nuts, fruit, and yogurt — not biscuits. At dinner, finish eating three hours before bed. Your sleep will improve, your morning will be easier, and your energy will be even all day.
