Slow living is not laziness. It is the deliberate choice to do fewer things, better. Begin with mornings: no phone for the first thirty minutes. Brew coffee or tea slowly. Eat breakfast sitting down.
At work, batch similar tasks. Reply to messages at 11am and 4pm only. Single-task. You will be amazed how much faster things move when your attention is undivided.
In the evening, walk somewhere green. Cook a real meal at least three nights a week. Sleep in a cool, dark room. A slow life is not a smaller life — it is a richer one.
